Terms of use
These terms govern the use of Maxipanier in Cameroon. By ordering or selling, you accept them.
Roles
Maxipanier is a technical intermediary: storefront, cart, and tracking. The sale contract is between buyer and seller unless stated otherwise.
The seller is responsible for listing accuracy, stock, and shipping. The buyer must provide a reachable address and phone number.
Orders
An order may be confirmed, delayed, or cancelled if stock is missing, contact fails, or fraud is suspected.
Prices are in FCFA. Promotions, coupons, and price offers apply as shown at checkout.
Prohibited use
You may not sell illegal, counterfeit, or unauthorized dangerous goods, or impersonate Maxipanier.
We may suspend a buyer or seller account for serious breaches.
